The PADI Open Water Diver Course

The PADI Open Water Diver Course (entry level course) is, recognised throughout the world. This course includes the use of all course materials, equipment, air, pool, classroom facilities and certificationCoventry Scuba Diving School Instructor Shirl fees. 

This qualifies you to:

Dive independently while applying the knowledge and skills learnt during the course, within the limits of your training and experience.

Obtain Air Fills, Scuba Equipment and Other Services.

Plan, conduct and log open water 'No Stop' (no decompression) dives when equipped properly and accompanied by a buddy in conditions with which you have training and/or experience.

The course is composed of five modules, taking approximately five weeks,based on two nights study a week. One night is "Theory Night" when aspects of diving are discussed and explained; the second night is "'Pool Night" where you learn and practise the skills that are needed to make you a safe and competent diver.

After the five modules have been completed the course culminates in a series of 4 Open Water Dives.

On successful completion you are awarded your certificate. After this why not continue your diver training with the PADI Advanced Open Water Programme or other PADI Speciality Courses.
